Level 2

Footwork & Counters Learn how to move like a fighter - creating angles, controlling distance, and using fakes to set up your opponent. You'll also learn how to dodge attacks and strike back.

Level 3

Defensive Systems Take your defense to the next level with blocks, deflections, and defending against kicks. Learn close-range skills like clinching, elbows, and knees, plus advanced counter-striking.

I’m Aaron Swenson, Founder and Head Trainer of Swenson Boxing. Over more than 20 years of coaching and 34 professional fights across boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai, I’ve developed a system that helps students understand striking - not simply memorize combinations.
