A COMPLETE STRIKING SYSTEM

The Swenson Glove-Ranking System breaks striking down into three clear levels - White, Red, and Blue Gloves - built from over 20 years of fighting and coaching experience. As a Teacher Training member, you get full access to this exact framework: the techniques, the progressions, and the benchmarks for each level. Use it to structure your own classes, evaluate your students' skill level, and know exactly what to teach next - without having to build a curriculum from scratch.

Level 1

Build Your Foundation Learn proper stance, guard, the six fundamental punches, basic kicks, footwork, defense and your first combinations.

Level 2

Footwork & Counters Create angles, control distance, use pivots and feints, evade attacks and develop effective counters.

Level 3

Defensive Systems Build layered defense through blocks, parries, kick defense, clinch work, elbows, knees and advanced counter-striking.

Meet the Creator

Hi, I’m Aaron Swenson. I've spent the last 20+ years studying, competing, and teaching boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. As a former professional fighter with 34 fights and the founder of Swenson Boxing in Los Angeles, my passion has always been helping people become confident, capable strikers. Over the years, I've led thousands of sessions and helped develop more than 50 coaches. What I've learned is that great coaching isn't just about knowing techniques - it's about knowing how to teach them. This program is built around the same systems I use every day with my own clients and coaches. My goal is simple: help you become a coach who can communicate clearly, lead confidently, and make a real impact on the people you train.
